We are often confronted with the task of including third-party content on websites. There are various options and techniques that can be used depending on the situation.

On the one hand, we can tap into data from third-party providers via interfaces and display them on the website. On the other hand, the content can be integrated directly by the provider via "iFrame". The latter allows more control by the provider, but is technically a bit more impractical.

The Baselland Cantonal Hospital uses a comprehensive recruitment solution from Prospective. In order to publish the job vacancies on the Internet, we were looking for a solution to integrate the job advertisements optimally into the website.

In the present case, however, there is a lot more to it than just job offers, for example applicants can log in, submit applications and check the status of their application.

In order to enable a smooth integration, we have chosen the variant of embedding the content via "iFrame". With this technology, the third-party provider is able to exert maximum influence on the content and functionality.
